C-Card training

Sexual Health Bexley coordinates the London C-Card Scheme for Bexley: a free condom distribution scheme for young people aged 14 - 24. The scheme supports young people to keep themselves and their partners safe from sexually transmitted infections and unplanned pregnancy, and 26 London boroughs currently take part.

Any Bexley organisation who works with or welcomes young people can sign up to become a C-Card outlet: giving young people more options for where they can access free condoms.

The scheme is free for both young people and organisations to join, and all stock is provided by our outreach team.

To learn more about the scheme and how to join, Bexley professionals can sign up for one of our free open trainings via Eventbrite. Please note: there is no pressure to join the scheme after attending a training.

Alternatively, you can contact our outreach team on bromh.sexualhealthbexley@nhs.net or visit the London C-Card website: https://comecorrect.org.uk/bexley.

Sexual health training

We know that discussing sexual health can be really difficult for professionals in all kinds of settings.

We can offer free, bespoke training to provide professionals in Bexley with:

  • Basic knowledge of key sexual health topics, including STIs, prevention and contraception
  • Increased confidence to discuss these topics with the people you support
  • Awareness of local sexual health services and when/how to signpost to these

Please contact our outreach team on bromh.sexualhealthbexley@nhs.net to discuss your organisation's needs.
